
6-Week Consumer Study of Mantra Herbal Rosemary & Aloe Vera Hair Growth Tonic
Introduction
Hair fall and thinning are common concerns. These can influence how people use a hair growth tonic. Interest in scalp care is growing. Consumer experiences provide useful insights.
In 2025, a six-week evaluation was conducted. It measured perception and satisfaction of Mantra Herbal Rosemary & Aloe Vera Hair Growth Tonic.
The study focused on product appeal and ease of use. It also tracked scalp benefits and purchase intent. Participants already used hair oils or serums. The study took place in Delhi with diverse participants.
About the Hair Growth Tonic Consumer Study
This was a double-blind consumer trial. The sample size was n = 55. Participants were aged 21–50 years. Screening included questionnaires, consent, and hair assessments with photographs.
Post-use interviews happened after six weeks. They assessed satisfaction and perceived efficacy. Researchers used visual documentation of hair and scalp conditions. They also tracked side effects.
Overall, 51% of the participants were women. Most belonged to the A2 band of the NCCS (National Consumer Classification System).
Common Hair Concerns Reported by Participants
Participants had various hair and scalp concerns. Hair fall was reported by 100% of participants. Slow growth and thinning were reported by 67% each. Others reported greying, frizz, dry scalp, dandruff and split ends.
Hair types varied among participants. 54% had straight hair, 24% had curly hair and 22% had wavy hair.
What Were Participants Looking for in Their Haircare Routine?
Top priorities were scalp nourishment (100%) and preventing hair fall (98%). Repairing damage (94%), growth (91%) and frizz control (89%) followed. Shine (42%) and styling (40%) were also priorities.
Existing routines varied. 62% of participants used Ayurvedic hair oil. 44% used coconut oil and 35% used almond oil.
Six-Week Study Results
After six weeks of consistent use (once daily), 94% expressed a positive opinion. They liked the application and scalp-soothing experience. They noted hair growth and less hair fall. The product was non-greasy. The likeability score was 4.25 out of 5.
96% of participants rated the product as effective or very effective after six weeks of daily use. This corresponds to a mean efficacy score of 4.56 out of 5. After completion of the trial, respondents reported the following observations:
- Reduction in hair fall
- Visible new hair growth
- Faster hair growth
- Stronger hair
- Softer hair texture
- Increased hair volume
- Reduced hair breakage
No adverse events were reported. 84% of users were satisfied with the product. The mean satisfaction score was 4.35 out of 5. 71% would switch to this tonic from their current one.
Conclusion
The evaluation showed positive results for Mantra Herbal Rosemary & Aloe Vera Hair Growth Tonic. 94% of participants had a positive opinion. The mean efficacy score was 4.56/5. The mean satisfaction score was 4.35/5.
