Exchange/Returns Policy

At Mantra Herbal, we intend to satisfy our customers with the best shopping experience. We ensure all necessary care is taken when your product is shipped. However, if due to an unforeseen event, you are not happy with what you have received, we offer you complete peace of mind with safe and easy replacements/returns.

Exchange/return of products will be accepted if the products are returned in a saleable condition, unopened, with original packaging, in an undamaged condition within 7 working days from the date of delivery and subject to the following terms:

•       To return any items, please contact Customer Service at 1800 102 8384 or email us at

•       Unboxing video is a must for any return request along with the images of the products and box.

•       All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, and a return/exchange authorization number.

•       We cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any product purchased under a sale.

•       For any damaged/product quality complaints please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

•       Mantra Herbal is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.

•       If the payment is made by card then we shall reverse the payment and credit the amount to the same card. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we may request the customer to send their bank details/cancelled cheque for NEFT which may take up to 21 days for the refund.

•       For the return of the product within 7 days from the delivery date, Mantra Herbal does not offer pickup of the items, then customers can return the package by any courier service of their choice.
